All In Capital marks first close of second fund
All In Capital, a pre-seed venture fund, Thursday launched its second venture capital fund with a target corpus of $23 million (Rs 200 crore). The fund also includes a greenshoe option of another Rs 100 crore, bringing its total capacity to Rs 300 crore, per a company statement.
Fund II has already marked the first close at Rs 85 crore, securing investments from prominent family offices across India and overseas. The fund plans to invest in 50 more companies over the next three years, writing first cheques of up to Rs 5 crore while also deploying follow-on investments in select win, the statement added.
The firm’s first fund deployed $11 million, backing 51 startups—with nearly half securing follow-on rounds. With its second fund, All In Capital will continue its sector-agnostic strategy with special focus on consumer tech, deeptech, fintech, and consumer brands.
Fund II’s investments so far include including Taakat (a mass-market FMCG brand); MedMitra (an AI co-pilot for doctors); Spill Games (a mobile gaming studio); Krrvy (a shapewear and lingerie brand for modern Indian women); and Mixar (an AI startup for 3D modeling and animation).
Slikk Club in talks to raise $10m more
60-minute delivery fashion delivery platform Slikk Club is in talks to raise an additional $10 million after raising a seed round of $3.2 million very recently. The company is looking at a valuation of $40 million to raise the aforementioned amount.
“The deal has already been finalised, and existing investors are expected to participate,” Entrackr reported, citing a source.
Earlier this week, Slikk Club raised a seed round led by Lightspeed with participation from Multiply Ventures and angel investors including Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn), Abhinav Pathak (Perpule), Madhav Tandan, Nikhil (Panthera), and Saurabh Gupta (DST Global).
Founded by Akshay Gulati (CEO), Om Prakash Swami (CTO), and Bipin Singh (CPO), Slikk Club claims to deliver clothing and accessories within 60 minutes across Bangalore. The startup features over 80 brands, including Snitch, The Souled Store, Freakins, Uptownie, Off Duty, Bonkers, and Bewakoof.
